This Cookie Policy explains how ForeverMotion (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our website and Progressive Web App (collectively, the “System”).

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the service is used. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage in your browser.

2. HOW WE USE COOKIES

A. Essential / Strictly Necessary

These cookies are required for the System to function. Without them, core features such as authentication and secure sessions cannot work.

  • Authentication cookies: Managed by our auth provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in securely.
  • Security cookies: Help protect against abuse and ensure requests come from legitimate sessions.

B. Functional

These help remember choices you make so the experience is smoother.

  • Language preference and similar UI settings stored locally when available.
  • Temporary data related to your upload or checkout flow (for example session identifiers needed before account linking).

C. Analytics (if enabled)

We may use limited analytics cookies or similar tools to understand traffic and improve the product. This may include Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ads and conversions, and PostHog for product analytics (pageviews, funnels, and feature usage). We do not use them to sell your personal information.

D. Payments

When you purchase a subscription or credits, Stripe may set cookies on checkout pages it hosts. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own policies.

3. LOCAL STORAGE

In addition to cookies, we may use browser local storage for short-lived product data (for example referral codes, pending subscription flags, or temporary photo references during checkout). This data stays on your device and is not used for advertising.

  • Clear site data / local storage
  • Use private / incognito browsing

Note: if you block essential cookies, you may not be able to sign in or complete purchases.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our System relies on trusted providers that may process data needed to deliver the service, including:

  • Supabase (authentication and storage)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • PostHog (product analytics)
  • Hosting / CDN providers (e.g. Vercel)

Each provider has its own privacy and cookie practices. We encourage you to review them.

6. UPDATES

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the System after changes means you accept the updated policy.
